College of Education Students to Feed Themselves in May
PRINCOF has issued a statement on the feeding components which are not paid to the Colleges. As a result of this, college of education students to feed themselves in may is a must.
PRINCOF has made it clear that there is not enough foodstuff to feed the students on campus three times daily. If students should be given three meals a day, foodstuffs will only last for a week.
This has caused a breakdown of how students get fed at the Colleges of Education. TTAG has petitioned GTEC for an increase in trainees allowance which will also mean an increase in feeding components but the petition has not been approved.
Food suppliers who had continued delivering supplies to the Colleges for months without payment have finally withdrawn their services. They will only offer their services when their monies are paid.
