- Visit the admission portal at portal.umat.edu.gh/apply/admission-list/search to access your admission letter
- Use your name or reference number to search for the status of your application
- Only successful applicants will see their names and reference numbers in the list
- Click on the print button shown against your name to open the admission portal
- Log into the admission portal using your reference number and pin
- Download your admission letter, fee schedule, items list, and SRC documents
