How to Request for University of Ghana Transcript
To use this option, you must place your request before 12 noon, following the steps outlined below. Your transcripts will be ready four hours later.
- Visit the Students/Staff Services portal via the link
- Follow the steps below to log in to your account.
- Enter your Student ID in the field provided
- Provide your PIN in the field provided
- Click on the SIGN IN button to complete the log in process.
- Click on REQUEST/PAY FOR TRANSCRIPT on the dashboard
- Check to confirm your personal information if it corresponds to what you submitted to the University.
- Provide your email address and mobile number in the fields provided.
- Enter your postal address and idicateyour Current Student Status.
- Click on the NEXT button to proceed.

- Indicate the number of copies you want to request for.
- Provide, from the dropdown list, the primary reason for requesting for the transcript
- Select the method of delivery (via email, postal address or any other method)
- Click on the NEXT button to proceed.
- Check to confirm from the summary if everything corresponds to what you selected from the previous levels.
- Scroll to the bottom and click on the PROCEED TO PAYMENT BUTTON to make the necessary payment on the external MYGHPAY platform.
- On the MYGHPAY platform, indicate the payment mode you want to use to proceed.
NOTE:
Students who find their online transcript to be incomplete send an e-mail to coeacademic@ug.edu.gh (link sends e-mail)
