These are the required documents for 2023 free salary point increment for health workers in the country. These documents must be submitted before being considered for the salary point increment.
Ghana Registered Nurses’ and Midwives’ Association (GRNMA) is collating data for submission from members under its 2023 Free Salary Point Upgrade policy.
GRNMA in a notice to their members said they have been rolling out their policy over the last two (2) years for all members without any payment.
In addition, they said it has come to their notice that a lot of their members (Health workers) are not aware of the free policy.
Data is collated and submitted before the end of every third week of the month.
So if you missed out on the January submission, you can take advantage of this month’s submission,” GRNMA clarifies the period for data collation.
Furthermore, GRNMA made it clear that if any GRNMA member has spent more than one year on their current grade and is still on point one, (salary point one), they are urged to kindly submit the following details to their District Chairman /or Secretary for action.
Documents for 2023 Free Salary Point Increment for Health Workers
- Name.
- Staff ID.
- Current point.
- Substantive Date of current Appointment/Promotion.
- No. of years on the current point.
- Facility.

All the data submitted must be put together on a District basis and submitted through the regions to the Assistant PRO, Rev. Philimon Gyapong at National.
This policy applies to only members of the GRNMA and it is free.
