Graduation Ceremonies (Virtual) for the Ministry of Health Training Institutions
The Graduation Ceremonies (Virtual) for the Ministry of Health Training Institutions will be held on Wednesday, 9th February 2022, Thursday, 10th February 2022, and Friday,11th February 2022.
GRADUANDS are required to pay a graduation fee of TWO HUNDRED AND FIFTY GHANA CEDIS (GH₵250.00) at any of the following Banks: ECOBANK, GCB, UBA, CAL BANK, REPUBLIC BANK, ABSA BANK, CBG, STANDARD CHARTERED and STANBIC BANK.
The deadline for payment is Monday, 31st January 2022.
KNUST Academic Calendar for 2021/2022
The Graduation fee covers Brochures, Certificate and Certificate Holders, Souvenirs, and Administrative costs.
Graduands are to provide the following information at the Bank:
- Name
- Institution
- Programme of Study
- Student Reference Number
- Telephone Number
- Email Address
Procedure for Registration
Students who wish to be presented for the virtual ceremony will be required to upload a decent portrait picture (in formal wear) using the students portal (apps.knust.edu.gh/students). The deadline for picture upload is Monday, 31st January 2022.
Schedule Graduation Ceremonies (Virtual) for the Ministry of Health Training Institutions
Collection of Certificates and Souvenirs:
Graduates are to collect their certificate and souvenirs at the Examinations Office (Caseley Hayford Building, KNUST) from Monday, 28th February 2022.
The University would mount Photobooths at the Forecourt of Caseley Hayford Building from Monday, 28th February 2022 to Friday, 11th March 2022, for interested graduates to take their Graduation photographs.
