To check your BECE Placement, you need to visit the CSSPS portal. Placements are only checked with the use of an e-voucher that can be purchased on the same portal.
How to Buy BECE 2021 SHS Placement E-Voucher
- Visit the CSSPS Portal HERE
- Follow the instruction on the page
- Make payment
- Approve and pay an amount of GH₵5.00
- The voucher would be sent via SMS
How to Check BECE 2021 Placement
After purchasing the e-voucher, proceed to the homepage to check your placement HERE.
Follow the steps below:
- On the CSSPS portal homepage, locate check placement
- Click on it
- On the next page, input your index number, the Serial Number, and PIN on the voucher
- Click on submit
- Wait for the next page to load
- If you have been placed, the next window will contain detailed information about the placement
- Name of school, course of study, status information (boarding or day), and other academic information will be shown
- Accept and print the placement page
Take Note of this:
- The BECE 2021 SHS Placement will only take place for those who have been able to access their results but have their entire results. These students are likely to be placed in any of the schools they have selected or chosen.
- Candidates who will be placed in the first choice school show that they have met the cut-off point for the placement in order.
- But also, candidates are to note that, there can be situations where students will meet the cut-off point but may not be placed in the first school of their selected schools.
- The 2021 SHS Placement will also be done and checked on the CSSPS Portal. Students who have not been placed can go through the SELF PLACEMENT PROCEDURE.
