The UEW campus residential accommodation form for 2022/2023 has been released by the management of the university for fresh students to apply for.
Fresh students who want to be considered for on-campus residential accommodation should fill in the form and submit via the link below.
The appropriate authority will get back to the applicant with an approval notice and information on how to complete the required processes.
All interested applicants are required to fill a google form online, with their academic details and choose from the list of the accommodation they want.

Below are the details needed from applicants to complete the registration online.
- Valid Email address
- Index Number
- Full Name
- Phone Number
- WhatsApp Number (If different)
- Type of National ID (Ghana Card or NHIS Card)
- ID Number
- Programme of Study (As stated on admission Letter)
- Hall of Affiliation (As on admission letter)
- Type of Room (Depending on the number of people in a room)

I understand that:
- Bed will be available for only 48 hours after my request has been approved
- If I do not make payment within the 48 hours allowed, the bed will be reallocated to another applicant.
- any payment made at the Bank before the approval of this request does not guarantee me a bed.
- I am a fresh student and it is by virtue of this that I put in this application, since the bed allocation is for only Fresh Students.
- multiple request disqualifies me from bed allocation.
