UEW Suspends Second Semester Examination of Affiliate CoEs

Following the strike action embarked on by CETAG, UEW Suspends Second Semester Examination of Affiliate CoEs for the 2021/2022 academic year.

All principals of colleges of education affiliated with UEW after consultation with the management of UEW have put a hold on the examination and every preparation towards it.

Level 200 students at the colleges of education second-semester examination for 2021/2022 academic is supposed to commence this week and end next week.

Tutors at the colleges of education who should be in the position to monitor the examination are on strike and hence examination is not likely to be written.

This is the result of the CETAG Strike action.

Principals of Colleges of Education affiliated with the University of Education, Winneba are hereby informed that the Level 200 End of Second Semester Examination scheduled for Wednesday, 30th November 2022 to Friday, 9th December 2022 has been suspended until further notice.

The suspension of the conduct of the kind of Semester examination is a result of the current three weeks of industrial action being undertaken by the Teaching Staff of the Colleges.

Please, all preparations for the conduct of the examinations have been put on hold pending any future
information from all stakeholders.
