Following the release of the 2023 WASSCE results for school candidates, the management has reopened the application portal for all 46 colleges of education in the country. Students who applied for 2023/2024 admission into the colleges of education as awaiting are advised to log on to the portal via https://admission.coeportal.edu.gh/ to update their details. New applicants are also welcome.
How to Apply/Update College of Education Admission Form- 2023/2024
- As a 2023 Wassce graduate, who wished to apply for admission at the College of Education for the 2023/2024 academic, you’ll first have to buy the admission form from the Consolidated Bank Ghana Limited (CBG) or suing the shortcode *924*8# from all networks at a cost of Two Hundred and Thirty Ghana Cedis (GHC230.00).
- After a successful purchase of the form, applicants will receive the following information (A Serial Number and Personal Identification Number (PIN).
- Once you obtain the serial and the PIN, you can then visit the portal via this link coeportal.edu.gh
- On the admission portal, Click on Apply Now.
- Provide the details of the voucher (Serial Number and PIN).
- In the tab for registration type, choose Normal results instead of Awaiting registration.
- Provide all the necessary information to complete your application.
- Make sure to verify your entered information before you submit the application.
- Each Applicant is required to print two copies of each of his/her confirmation pages and attach his/her results slip(s) and any other documents deemed important and forward same by post to the College of Education applied to. Failure to do so means the application won’t be processed
- Quote your Application Reference or Form Number on your Envelop.

The Admission process will soon be closed. So you are advised to submit your application form as soon as possible.
When will colleges of education admission list out?
As it stands now, the exact date for the release of the colleges of education admission list is not yet out. But from the information gathered, the admission list will maybe be released in the last days of December or early January 2023.

How can I submit my application form if I did it online
Go to CBG and buy the form, then visit any internet cafe for them to apply for you. After that, print the submitted form (3 copies) and send them to the schools you applied through EMS
Last 2 years I bought some of the forms and I submitted it to the posy office of Ghana Adum buh I didn’t get any message till now
