NSS PIN Codes for 2022/2023 National Service Enrollment is released. Find below how to get your PIN Code and register for National Service 2022/2023 academic year.
Today, July 25, 2022, the management of the National Service Scheme (NSS) has released for registration a total of ONE HUNDRED AND TWENTY-SEVEN THOUSAND NINE HUNDRED AND NINETY NINCE (127,999) PIN Codes for eligible Ghanaian final year students from all accredited tertiary institutions in the country to enable them to enroll to do their mandatory national service for the 2022/2023 service year.
All prospective national service personnel is hereby requested to access their PIN Codes from today Monday, July 25, 2022, with their respective index numbers and date of Birth on the Scheme’s website www.nss.gov.gh and then proceed to any Agric Development Bank (ADB) Ltd. branch nationwide to make a payment of GHC40.00.
However, to lessen the frequency of human interaction during the COVID-19 pandemic, prospective service personnel can use MTN MoMo. For individuals who will activate their PIN Codes using MTN Mobile Money, a payment of GHC41.00 is required.
The Management directs all prospective National Service Personnel to complete enrollment by Monday, August 8, 2022.
How to Pay for NSS 2022/2023 PIN Codes Using Mobile Money
- Dial *170#
- Choose Option 2 “Pay Bill”
- Choose General Payments (Option 6)
- Enter Payment code as – NSS PINCODE (type NSS, put a space, then type your PINCODE). The menu will return to your name for confirmation.
- Enter deposit amount (GH¢41.00).
- Enter NSS reference
- Enter PIN to confirm payment
- You will receive a message to confirm the transaction, then you can proceed to NSS Registration
How to Check NSS PIN Codes for 2022/2023 National Service Enrollment Online
To check and obtain NSS Pin Code on the NSS portal, you must follow the below step-by-step procedures:

STEP 1
Visit the NSS Portal URL https://portal.nss.gov.gh.
STEP 2
Click on Check & Pay for PINCODE, and enter your Index Number or School ID Number. Then click Search.
STEP 3
Your PINCODE and personal information would now be displayed for your confirmation. Please make a note of your PINCODE and visit any branch of Agricultural Development Bank (ADB) to make a payment of GH¢40.00 before online registration.
