The management of Telebouy IT & Electric is hiring an experienced sales and marketing executive to help drive company sales. When recruited, you are expected to develop market strategies, developing sales strategies, implementing marketing plans, maintaining customer relations, and creating sales reports. Applicant is expected to have a degree qualification and a 5 year experience in this field of work.

Job Description/Requirements Responsibilities:

Develop and execute strategic sales and marketing plans to achieve company objectives.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities, fostering growth in existing accounts and establishing relationships with potential clients.
Lead the development and implementation of marketing campaigns, ensuring alignment with overall business goals.
Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and potential new markets.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and refine product positioning and messaging.
Analyze sales data and customer feedback to optimize strategies and improve overall performance.
Stay abreast of industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to make informed business decisions.
Manage and mentor a team of sales and marketing professionals, providing guidance and support.
Prepare regular reports and presentations for senior management, highlighting key performance indicators and areas for improvement.
Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales and marketing, with a proven track record of achieving and exceeding targets.
Strong understanding of the market and trends.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships at all levels.
Solid experience in developing and implementing successful sales and marketing strategies.
