In this blog, we will show you How to Link your SSNIT Number to your Ghana Card. SSNIT has begun integrating its ID platform with that of the NIA in compliance with a directive from NPRA.
The process of merging these ID numbers is set to last until December 31st, 2021. There are two ways to link up your SSNIT number to your Ghana Card. One of the ways is online and the other is offline.
The offline linking of these IDs is by using a shortcode. Find below how to link up your SSNIT number to Ghana Card using a Shortcode:
How to Link your SSNIT Number to your Ghana Card Offline
- Dial *711*9#
- Select Option 1 (Merge NIA Number with SSNIT)
- Enter SSNIT Number
- Enter your NIA number (Ghana Card number Eg. GHA0000000000)
- Select the first option to complete merging your SSNIT and NIA numbers
You will then receive a confirmation message
How to Link your SSNIT Number to Ghana Card Online
- Visit SSNIT official website
- Log in filling the required fields with correct information and click on sign in
- Go to the statement page, click on merge my NIA Number
- Enter your Ghana Card Number and Click Submit
