UMat 15th Congregation Ceremony 2023

The Chancellor, the Vice Chancellor and Management of the University of Mines and Technology has finally announce to the general public about the date of the 15th Congregation Ceremony which is going to be on Saturday, November 25, 2023 at 9:00 a.m. at the University Auditorium.

Graduands who are unable to attend will be expected to pay the specified amount before the issuance of their certificates. Graduands are expected to be seated thirty (30) minutes before the commencement of the programme. All Graduands are expected to attend congregation rehearsals on Friday, 24th November, 2023 in the Auditorium and should be seated by 1:30 pm. The rehearsal is mandatory and must be observed as such.

COLLECTION OF CERTIFICATES:

Graduates are to collect their certificates from the Auditorium after the ceremony from 1:00pm – 4:30pm. Those who are unable to collect their certificates after the ceremony should pick them up from the Academic and Student Affairs Secretariat (Room 312) from Monday 27th November, 2023.

All Postgraduate graduates are to pay GH¢ 500.00 and Undergraduate graduates are to pay GH¢ 270.00 to cover certificate tubes, congregation brochures, hiring of gowns and administrative charges into the following account details:
