Update On Disbursement of Funds From SLTF to Teacher Trainees:

The Student Loan Trust Fund (SLTF) has been an important  source of financial support for many teacher trainees in Ghana. The disbursement of funds from the SLTF is vital in enabling teacher trainees to meet their financial obligations and continue their education.

For sometimes now, the teacher trainees have been expressing their concerns about the disbursement of funds from the Student Loan Trust Fund (SLTF). Speculation and uncertainty have been prevalent among them, with many questioning whether they’ll receive their allowances as promised on April 4, 2023.

In this blog post, we provide you with an update on the disbursement of funds from the Student Loan Trust Fund (SLTF) to teacher trainees.

Information available indicates that SLTF has disbursed funds to all eligible trainees. That, the SLTF has paid two months allowance (GHS400.00) to Teacher trainees who met the necessary requirements.

What to Do if you Received Only One Month or Did Not received Yours?

Trainees who received only one month’s allowance or have not received any are advised to reload your E-zwich cards and check again. If the issue persists, please contact the allowance coordinator at your various institutions to address any discrepancies and rectify the problem.
