How to Retrieve a Lost WASSCE Certificate
In this post, we will show you exactly how to retrieve a lost WASSCE certificate. The WAEC does not provide duplicate certificates but upon request, they can provide you with one.

- Visit the result attestation portal here and provide the following
- Full name as used during registration
- Month and Year of Examination
- Index Number
- Passport Photograph
- A Valid Identification Document (Maximum of 50Kb)
Any of the below identification documents are needed
- National Identification Card (GH Card)
- Passport
- Voter’s ID
- Driver’s Licence
Cost of Retrieving a Lost WASSCE Certificate
If you want to retrieve your lost or damaged WASSCE certificate, you need to follow the above procedures.
But upon completing all the required fields, you still have to pay. GHC350.00 is the cost of retrieving your certificate
After you complete the payment, a date will be scheduled for collection.
