How To Print Out Your SHS Admission Letter Online 2023.

The aim of this portal is to help students who are far from the school that they were placed to check and submit their placement documents, print their admission letters, prospectus etc. instead of going to the school to complete their admission processes.

How to Access your admission Letter:

Click on the link below to access the online SHS admission portal>> www.myshsadmission.com
Scroll down and locate “Select Your School”. Select your school from the list of schools provided
Enter your BECE index number and click 0n the login button. A welcome message will pop up with your full name.
Note: You will be charged a processing fee before proceeding
Click on “Continue to payment” to begin the payment process.
Note: A menu will appear requesting a payment details
Enter the details of the person who is making the payment and click on pay now
Note: Select your mode of payment based on the SIM card you used to register for MOMO eg (MTN, Vodafone, AirtelTigo etc)
Enter your MOMO Number and check the provided box to indicate you are not bot.
A verification code will be sent to your number, check your message log and enter it in the box provided
Check your phone for a payment prompt and authorize it
After a successful payment, enter you JHS index number again and click on Login
Your dashboard opens, click on Complete Records Forms to begin the entry of your personal details.

Note: All the information provided must be true and correct

Click Save Records to access your admission letter and other documents

Note: Verify your details, edit if there’s a need to, and access your admission letter, Prospectus, Undertaking and Medical form.

Fill these forms and take them with you when school reopens.
