Job Description:

  • Market Strategy: Develop and execute a comprehensive market entry and growth strategy for Kalabash Payment in Ghana, aligned with the company’s goals and objectives.
  • Business Development: Identify and pursue strategic partnerships, alliances, and opportunities to expand Kalabash Payment’s presence in the local fintech ecosystem.
  • Regulatory Compliance: Ensure full compliance with all local regulatory requirements and standards, staying updated with relevant legal and compliance changes in the Ghanaian fintech industry.
  • Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and inspire a high-performing team, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and excellence within the Ghana office.
  • Financial Performance: Drive revenue growth, manage budgeting, and financial performance in Ghana, optimizing profitability while maintaining high-quality fintech services.
  • Product Localization: Collaborate with the product development team to adapt and customize Kalabash Payment’s products and services for the Ghanaian market.
  • Client Relations: Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders in Ghana, ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Marketing and Branding: Oversee local marketing and branding efforts to increase brand awareness and market share in Ghana.
  • Risk Management: Develop and implement risk management strategies to mitigate potential threats and vulnerabilities in the Ghanaian market.
  • Reporting: Provide regular reports to senior management on the performance, market trends, and opportunities within the Ghanaian fintech sector.
